Aparajit Syndicate is founded on dignity and restraint. We do not participate in predatory ad surveillance networks, invasive pixel fingerprinting, or customer data brokering. Your relationship with the atelier remains strictly between you and our vault.
1. Zero Third-Party Advertising Trackers
We do not embed third-party advertising tracking scripts (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, invasive data brokers) that follow you across the internet. Our analytics are strictly privacy-preserving and focused on essential site performance and checkout reliability.
2. Information Collected Strictly for Fulfillment
When placing an order, we collect only the essential fields necessary to clear payment and dispatch your consignment:
- Full Name & Contact Email for consignment receipt and tracking link.
- Delivery Street Address, City, Region, and Postal Code for courier routing.
- Phone Number required by air express couriers to coordinate delivery.
- Cryptographic payment intent tokens (we never see or store raw card numbers).
3. Database Encryption & Row Level Security
All order data is housed within PostgreSQL instances protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS). Public direct object references (IDOR) are cryptographically blocked: orders can only be accessed via secure session dockets or verified admin credentials.
4. Your Right to Erasure & Portability
Under GDPR, DPDP (India), and CCPA regulations, you hold the right to request a complete copy of all records associated with your email address or demand full permanent deletion once warranty windows have elapsed. Contact concierge@aparajit-syndicate.in to exercise these rights.
