We hold our garments to the highest standard of craftsmanship. If your piece does not fit your silhouette exactly as intended, we offer frictionless complimentary size exchanges and full refunds within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
The 3-Step Exchange Protocol
Notify Atelier Concierge
Email concierge@aparajit-syndicate.in within 14 days of delivery with your order number (e.g. AS-2026-XXXX) and your desired replacement size or return request.
Prepaid Courier Pickup
For domestic size exchanges, our concierge will issue a prepaid air express courier label or schedule a pickup at your doorstep. International patrons receive consolidated return instructions.
Inspection & Dispatch
Once inspected for unworn condition and intact tags, your replacement garment is dispatched within 24 hours. For returns, refunds are credited back to your original payment method in 3–5 business days.
- Item in pristine unworn and unwashed condition.
- Tried on strictly indoors for sizing evaluation.
- All original woven neck tags and hang tags intact.
- Returned with original archival dust sleeve and docket.
- Dispatched within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Garments showing fragrance, deodorant marks, or makeup stains.
- Items washed, laundered, or dry-cleaned.
- Garments returned after the 14-day window has elapsed.
- Items without their original serial consignment tags.
- Damage caused by improper washing or tumble drying.
