Terms of Allocation
& Patron Governance

All garments produced by Aparajit Syndicate are strictly limited to the stated cap for each drop series (e.g., 300 units for Drop 01). Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee ownership until payment authorization succeeds and an atomic stock decrement occurs. Once a drop series exhausts its allocated units, it is permanently retired.

To ensure authentic access for real patrons and enthusiasts, orders are restricted to a maximum of 4 garments per patron per drop. We utilize cryptographic rate limiting, proof-of-work challenges, and behavioral anomaly detection. Orders identified as originating from automated purchasing bots, disposable credit card farms, or commercial scalping syndicates are subject to immediate unilateral cancellation.

3. Authoritative Pricing & Order Acceptance

All prices are authoritative and listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR), inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Client-side price tampering or spoofing will be rejected by our server-side validation pipeline. Order confirmation emails represent an acknowledgment of receipt; the legal contract of sale is finalized upon physical dispatch from our HOME-STOCKROOM vault.

4. Intellectual Property & Sacred Geometry

The 7-layer radial mandala artwork, Devanagari typography, technical garment patterns, and the Aparajit Syndicate trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of Aparajit Syndicate. Reproduction, copying, or reverse-engineering of our digital or physical assets for commercial gain is strictly prohibited under international copyright and trademark law.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
